Telehealth Information

Adelaide Strategic Therapy may provide telehealth where appropriate. Services are strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. For telehealth appointments, you must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which the practice is permitted and insured to provide services. Adelaide Strategic Therapy does not provide services to a person located in the United States of America or Canada at the time of the appointment. You may be asked to confirm your location at the beginning of a telehealth session. Email, SMS and other electronic communication are not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or crisis support. Ordinary technology and privacy limitations apply. Adelaide Strategic Therapy is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, require urgent mental health support or a medical emergency response, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service.
