Rebecca Jane (Beck) Elliott provides structured, practical and pattern-focused Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy for adults aged 18+ experiencing anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt and related recurring patterns. In-person appointments are available in Colonel Light Gardens on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with online appointments across Australia. Professional enquiries and referrals are welcome.
